The Seven Staines mountain biking off-road trails set the standard for remote single-track trail riding in the UK. In a weekend full of the thrills of shredding routes, we will explore several of the 7-staines routes in Dumfries and Galloway and Scottish Borders, in the South of Scotland.

Canoeing River Expedition Training Weekend

Focused coaching to develop advanced skills for river expeditions. This weekend will enable participants to develop, improve, and refine more advanced paddling skills to undertake expeditions on grade 2 and 3 rivers.

Location: On one of the rivers of Cumbria or Southern Scotland dependent on conditions and capabilities of participants
