Explore the wonderful high fells of the English Lake District. You will be guided by an expert mountain leader and supported to develop confidence and skills to enjoy more challenging and exposed walks.

About the event

Difficulty level: Introductory

Cost of tuition for the course: £200pp (members £130) for 3 days tuition, or £80 per day.

Details: over 3 days we will explore some of the Lake District's most exciting ridge walks. All participants will be supported to develop their skills and confidence. This could be a stepping stone for you to become a more independent competent hill walker, or an opportunity for you to gain the skills for a more challenging mountain walking expedition. Either way we will encourage you to explore and enjoy the landscape and wildlife of the high fells.

Food and accommodation are not included.

Pick-up can be arranged from Oxenholme train station.
